Kate Sweater was the lead designer for this re-design of the architecture studios at the University of Virginia. The challenges in this project included a tight budget and timeline, the existing cement coffered ceiling, and the lighting needs of the studio which included work zones, passageways, and well-lit pin-up areas for critiques and presentations.
